Experience

Patrice is not a newcomer to the demands and technical know-how that real estate requires.  She brings over 30 years of experience, executing and managing transactions.

Patrice’s career began many years ago working for the world-renown, NY-based Public Relations/Advertising Agency, Burson-Marsteller/Young and Rubican.  She parlayed her marketing communications experience into managing and negotiating marketing contracts for renewable energy companies. 

Patrice started developing an interest in Real Estate when she was buying and selling investment properties for her family.  She has done this across the country from CA to FL to NC to metro DC.  She understands the entire Real Estate transaction process.  As it continually changes, she keeps her knowledge base up to date by staying in school. 

She knows every transaction is different and unique. It is important to stay current, but her knowledge doesn’t start with the transaction process.

Patrice believes in nurturing client relationships above all else.  She is always accessible with advice and expertise.  Never pushy and always patient, she brings clarity and civility to the often-daunting task of buying or selling a property.
